WE #10 - Attitude

ATTITUDE is an important part of everyday life. Being positive and up beat means you probably have a good attitude. If your always negative or have a rude outlook on life then people will always look at you as if you have a bad attitude even if you are a nice person. I could probably work on my attitude. Most of the time I am positive and exude confidence but not always. Therefore I should work on my attitude more.

WE #6 - Communication

COMMUNICATION is the key to having a strong relationship with others. It is all about knowing how to talk and listen. Having good communication skills is important in your personal life and career. I could work on my communication skills because often I do not know how to express what I am saying in the correct manner and that is a barrier in which I can fix.

WE #4- Teamwork

Good teamwork skills are more important than people realize. In the job field it is ALL about teamwork. There's bosses, co-workers and customers that you will be forced to work with and u will need to have a positive attitude about it. Personally, I could work on my skills in that area. Sometimes I do not get along with others and I would rather work on my own, at my own pace. Yet, it does not always work like that. You have to have good teamwork skills.

Work Ethic #3 - Respect

RESPECT is a very important thing to have; for yourself and others. Having respect for people is part of having a good attitude. You must always see others as equal's and be kind to your elders, children, peers and strangers. You should also have respect and faith in yourself. Respect is also a thing that is earned. You have to give it to receive it. Personally, I could work on having more respect for myself. Sometimes we all look down on ourselves and have negative thoughts. Yet, it is always best to have a positive attitude and respect.

File Management Tips and Tricks

What are some naming convention guidelines to follow when setting up files and folders? For people who don't really know, the best way to name folders and files is to choose a short and simple name that you will remember. It is easiest when you pick a name that is short, sweet and to the point.

WE #2 - Attendance

Attendance is very important in good work ethics. You must always be on time and punctual. It does not look good if your showing up to work late. Attendance is something I could work on because even I tend to be late sometimes and that does not look good to employers.

WE #1 - Character

It is very important to have good character when it comes to work ethics. Acquiring good character means having a positive attitude, being well groomed and always being a team player. For me personally, I could work on my attitude. I always try to keep a smile on my face and be polite to everyone. Although sometimes we let our ugly sides shine threw. Therefore I think attitude is something I can work on. Trying harder to always keep a positive attitude, which will make for a better character.
